Made to Measure, Made for You

At Wellgift.eu, every order is created specifically for you — made to measure, branded, or bundled according to your chosen specifications. Because each product is custom-produced, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been confirmed.

Samples

To help you make the right choice, we encourage all customers to order a sample before placing a final order. Samples can be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original condition and packaging. Once received and inspected, we will issue a refund for the sample cost (excluding shipping fees).

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Hello@wellgift.eu, including your order number and clear photos of the issue. Our team will review your case promptly and arrange a replacement or repair where applicable.
