Shipping policy
At wellgift.eu, every order is made to measure and planned around your requested delivery date. Production and dispatch are carefully scheduled to ensure your order arrives when promised. You will receive an order confirmation once your purchase is placed, and a shipping notification as soon as your parcel has been dispatched.

Once your order is with the courier, you’ll receive an email containing your tracking code. If you haven’t received a tracking link, you can check your order status by contacting our team at hello@wellgift.eu
Delivery Info – FAQ
- Wellgift.eu will always ship with our preferred service partners DPD, Bpost or PostNL, depending on your geographical location. If for any reason we cannot ship with them, for instance if the item is too heavy or long, Wellgift.eu reserves the right to ship with any other carrier in Belgium at our discretion.
- The free shipping policy is not applicable for orders outside of the EU. Any duties, customs, or additional fees are at the expense of the end customer and inga and its affiliates are not financially responsible for any such fees.
- Delivery times advertised on the website are purely for guidance and wellgift.eu cannot be held liable or accountable to changes to the given timescale. This is excluding made to measure products cannot be made in advance, they have tight production timelines and sometimes issues such as adverse weather and quality control issues can cause delays. we always aim for the quickest build times. wellgift.eu cannot be held financially responsible for any delay or expenditure from pre-organised events due to a delay in receiving your order.
- we strive to keep you up to date regarding your order and its delivery status. We will inform you when the order is received, when the order has been shipped, and any status changes to your order. You can further track the order with the courier tracking link provided after shipping.
- We will always send out a tracking code as soon as we have one from the courier.
- Couriers will try to deliver your order up to 2 times before returning it to us or their local depo. If this occurs we will get in touch with you to let you know what has happened and rearrange delivery.
- If you need to change your delivery address please inform us before dispatch to avoid any returns with the shipping. As we aim for next day delivery within benelux and the day after for Germany and France, it is not possible to change the delivery address after shipping. Once the item is returned we will ship it to your new address, additional charges may apply.
- All packages are insured during transport. If there is any damage to the packaging upon delivery please note this when you sign for the order. Upon receipt of a damaged package, photograph the box and take note of whether this has damaged the order inside. Please then contact us along with your order number. We will speak to the courier company.
- We will replace or repair damaged orders at our discretion upon receiving photo evidence. We may ask for the product to be returned before replacing the damaged good.
- We offer a Next Day Dispatch Service for all in stock items (without bundle or custom packaging), this is not applicable to made to measure products and Made to order products.
- We do not offer in-store pick up or returns.
We all know what couriers can be like! Once the products have left us we are really at their mercy and will help in any way we can to make sure any issues are resolved.
